  2. Use 1/2 cup of slightly mashed corn kernels.

  4. Keep a small mozzarella cheese cube inside each rice ball.
  5. Take corn flour into a small bowl and add a little water to make a thick paste in another plate take the bread crumbs for coating..
  6. Take each rice ball roll it around in the corn flour paste first and then roll it around in the bread crumbs and set aside..
  7. Heat the oil in a kadhai on medium high and deep-fry a few balls at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides..
  8. Serve hot with your choice of chutney or ketchup.
