The ingredients needed to prepare Damson Gin:
- Take of Damsons.
- Use of Caster sugar.
- Provide of Dry gin.
- Take of Kilner jar or similar.
- Prepare of boiling water.
Steps to make Damson Gin:
- Prick each damson with a fork (alternatively freeze for a day then defrost overnight and use once defrosted without pricking).
- Sterilise Kilner jar with boiling water or sterilising agent.
